Meditiative Grass sessions
This meditative Grass session will be held outside at a location disclosed Friday at 12 pm. The session will start at 930 and will last about an hour.
What to expect: We will use deep breathing combined with light yoga routines that will allow you to reach a calm that is a deep and peaceful sort of calm. It is a feeling of time slowing down. For a minute, or even for the full hour, thoughts slow down, the mind stops racing, and you experience a deep sense of calm. Inside that calm, there is bliss.
